Se prepara, en tinajas de metal, una pasta de cemento, arena, polvo de m\u00e1rmol, agua y \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos para pigmentar. Cada tinaja recibe un preparado de color diferente.<\/p>\n<p>Los preparados se colocar\u00e1n en simult\u00e2neo en la matriz, cada cual en el compartimento que le corresponde. La matriz es enseguida ajustada para evitar escurrimientos\u00a0 de pigmento entre los compartimentos, siendo despu\u00e9s retirada cuidadosamente.<\/p>\n<p>El secreto del producto est\u00e1 e la densidad que posee cada preparado pigmentado. Hay casos en que los dise\u00f1os exigen que el preparado de color sea vaciado gota a gota.<\/p>\n<p>Esta primera capa que constituye la capa superficial del remate es rociada con una mezcla de cemento gris y arena, lo que le confiere una mayor dureza. Luego se coloca la capa de base, hecha de argamasa de cemento, arena y agua. En esta fase el cemento eas prensado.<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n del prensado es conclu\u00edda de una vez sola, lo que permitir\u00e1 al exceso de agua acumulada en la capa decorativa unirse a la capa de base. Despu\u00e9s del prensado, el molde es retirado cuidadosamente y el mosaico es verificado manualmente.<\/p>\n<p>Al mosaico se le sumergir\u00e1 en agua durante al menos 8 horas para que ocurra el \u201c curado de argamasa \u201c, o sea, mediante una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica se dar\u00e1 el endurecimiento y solidificaci\u00f3n del producto. Esta compleja reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica a trav\u00e8s del agua es lo que la al mosaico esta denominaci\u00f3n: Mosaico hidr\u00e1ulico.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_position=\u00bbfirst last\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">La \u00faltima fase de este proceso de producci\u00f3n consiste en el secado de los mosaicos. Despu\u00e9s de retirarlos del agua, los mosaicos son almacenados en una ubicac\u00edon seca, durante un mes, para completar la \u201ccristalizaci\u00f3n del cemento\u201d.
